Welcome to A Simple I Do. We specialize in small weddings, intimate ceremonies, elopements, and our popular Sign & Go service throughout Holly, Fenton, Clarkston, and Waterford. Whether you want a simple license signing, a short and meaningful ceremony, or a personalized intimate wedding, we bring the experience to the location you choose.
I’m Nichole, the owner and lead officiant, and I’ve been officiating weddings since 2007. What began as a favor for my sister quickly became my calling—helping couples celebrate their love in a way that feels effortless, authentic, and true to them. I believe every couple deserves a ceremony that fits who they are, whether that’s heartfelt and personal or quick and simple. A Simple I Do is a team, and I’m proud to work alongside Officiant Jena. Sign and Go Wedding in Michigan $225Sign & Go: Quick legal signing, no ceremonyOur sign and go marriage license signing is the easiest way to make your marriage legal without a ceremony. We will meet with the two of you, your two witnesses (over 18 years old) and lead you through signing the marriage license. Once signed we'll pronounce you as married and off you go!
Sign and go $225 plus $15 priority mailing fee - passthrough cost of postage. What you need:

Sign and I Do Wedding $350Sign & I Do: Short ceremony with vows & ringOur sign and I do package is perfect for the couple who wants to keep their wedding ceremony simple - yet meaningful. We like to think of this as the perfect courthouse wedding ceremony alternative. We will provide a pre-written ceremony script that includes wedding vows and rings, nothing for you to write or worry about, it's all done for you. Things to note: Just like a courthouse wedding we keep it easy breezy, typically no processional or walking down the aisle, everyone gathers around for the short sweet ceremony then we sign the license. Any attire is welcome, formal or casual. We find this works best for 10 or fewer guests. *why 10 guests? this is a number we can easily maneuver using a free local park or smaller booked space like Fenton community center or lakeside room at Baycourt park without having to charge for our coordination services.

I have always believed that a wedding ceremony can and should be affordable. The cost of getting married should not cause you to go into debt and thus my business model was born. As a highly sought after wedding officiant, I perform nearly 300 ceremonies every year I can assure you each ceremony no matter the simplicity is performed with love and care. Each meeting I have with a couple holds space in my memory and heart. I became a wedding officiant so that you can be celebrated and loved. Your wedding ceremony can be both affordable, magical and filled with all the warmth, kindness and love you can imagine.
