How to overcome rain on your wedding day

It's a dreaded thing isn't it, rain on your wedding day. No matter how many times someone says to you "it's good luck" it doesn't matter, you still want to punch the clouds and make it all go away. 

What if I told you, rain could be a beautiful thing on your wedding day? It's true, I've stood in some torrential downpours, sprinkles and dreary rain and at the end of all of it the most fabulous and unique pictures come shining through. 

Now I know your guests are not prepared to sit in the rain, and who the heck wants to be soggy and wet the entire reception? But honestly, you can't control the weather on your wedding day so choose to roll with it and to do the very best you can to submit to the universe the outcome it sees fit for you. 

When you choose to accept it, the rain on your wedding day that is, then you can laugh in the face of the gods that poured rain on you, you can smile with sweet knowing that you're still marrying the love of your life.
